Beth is a clinical psychologist who works with adults, children, families and couples.  She works with a wide range of difficulties including relationship distress, eating disorders, trauma (including interpersonal), depression and anxiety. Beth is committed to helping each client move beyond symptom relief to find lasting change and fulfilment. She works from both psychodynamic and integrative stances. Her work with adults uses ISTDP, and is informed by systemic and psychoanalytic frameworks, attachment models, skills-based therapies (including CBT and mindfulness) and trauma informed developmental neurobiology. Beth uses a combination of play based therapy and family feedback in her work with children.
