Michelle is a clinical psychologist who works with adults across a range of psychological challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. Michelle is trained in various modalities including Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and works primarily from frameworks that incorporate the impact of childhood experiences and family relationships on emotional and mental well being.
She assists in developing a deep and empathic understanding of your difficulties and works actively in partnership with you to effectively achieve and maintain your goals.
Michelle works from our Melbourne-based offices at 33 Drummond Street, Carlton.
