Mental Health Social Worker
Riddhi is an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, and Accredited Social Worker with a background in community mental health and addictions treatment. Riddhi provides a collaborative and compassionate space for individuals and couples to enhance their mental, emotional, and relational well-being, using dynamic experience-based therapies.
Riddhi specialises in helping individuals heal from trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addiction, and difficulties with emotional regulation. She assists couples to develop emotional intimacy, mature and lasting connection, and to recover stronger from relationship ruptures.
Riddhi uses an interactive and intensive approach, working with each client and couple to identify the ways they experience psychological, behavioural, or relationship problems. Riddhi assists clients to see and let go of damaging patterns, process difficult emotions, and awaken their innate abilities for growth. This in-the-moment process replaces painful emotional suffering with healthy emotional connection and expression.
Riddhi works with older adolescents and adults of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, identities, and genders.
