Romina is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
Romina believes that every individual is unique and tailors therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and strengths. She draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Romina has experience supporting clients with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship and family difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, and behavioural and emotional challenges in children. She enjoys helping clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and gain insight into patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing.
Romina works collaboratively with clients to foster lasting change and is committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and person-centred care.
