Brooke is a registered Provisional Psychologist completing the final semester of her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Victoria University. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges, offering a compassionate and client-centred approach to therapy.
Brooke creates a safe and respectful space where clients can openly explore their emotions, difficulties, and achievements. She has experience working with concerns such as anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, insomnia, and relationship issues.
While trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brooke also integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion approaches to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
