Medicare Rebates
The rebate with a Clinical Psychologist is $136.65
The rebate with a General Psychologist is $92.90
The rebate with a Social Worker is $81.90
You are eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebates per calendar year provided you have a mental health care plan and referral from a GP.
GP’s can provide a referral allowing you to claim rebates for an initial six sessions and a further four sessions per calendar year.
A Medicare rebate cannot be processed for unattended sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment so that we can try to fill the appointment allowing all clients an opportunity to receive therapy.
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments within 48 business hours’ notice incur the full session fee.
Appointments that are missed without notification are also charged the full appointment fee.
