Caspar is a Registered Psychologist, with a special interest in the treatment of trauma, as well as conditions existing upon the Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum. Caspar has a gentle, person-centred approach to working with clients, with experience working with adults experiencing a wide range of issues, including high-risk crisis support and suicide prevention, OCD focused private practice, and within family trauma focused care.
With a preference of working from the Psychodynamic framework of ISTDP, Caspar also uses various psychotherapy frameworks where appropriate to meet the needs of clients.
In addition to working Mondays and Thursdays at Dynamic Psychotherapy, Caspar also directs his own private practice The OCS clinic.
