Karalyn is a clinical psychologist who works with adults across the lifespan.
She applies an integrative approach to psychotherapy with her work primarily informed by psychodynamic psychotherapy, intensive short term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), existential therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Areas of interest include depression, anxiety, relationship or interpersonal difficulties, pregnancy or parenting difficulties, chronic disease and terminal illness, and experiences of grief and loss. Karalyn also has extensive experience working in psycho-oncology and recovering from traumatic injuries.
