Melinda is a registered psychologist who has experience in helping adults and older adolescents who are encountering issues with anxiety, stress, depression, perfectionism, and interpersonal relationships. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to achieve insight and clarity into the patterns underlying their difficulties, with the aim of bringing about positive change.
Melinda’s approach is warm and is tailored to each individual’s needs. She works from a Psychodynamic perspective informed by ISTDP, and is in her early stages of ISTDP Training. She also draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness.
