Rachel works primarily from a psychodynamic framework perspective with her clients. She works collaboratively with clients to explore the meaning, origin and function of problematic symptoms and patterns of behaviour. By gaining greater understanding, containment and integration of difficult emotions, symptoms can be relieved and clients can experience greater emotional freedom and connection, both within themselves and in their relationship to others.
Rachel works with with both adult and adolescent clients of all backgrounds.
